Anhui Cuisine

Anhui cuisine is one of the eight most famous cuisines in China. Most ingredients in Anhui cuisine, such as pangolin, stone frog, mushroom, bayberry, tea leaves, bamboo shoot, dates, games, etc., are from mountain area,  such as Huangshan Mountain. Food material which from Huangshan Mountain has terder flesh and a sweet taste. Boiled in clear soup or braised in soy sauce is the best way to cook them.
