Travel Places in and around Hangzhou

1. the West Lake
The West Lake is more a poem, a picture, a moving story than just a tourist attraction. No matter for those have lived here for years or the busy passers-by.

In the spring, willows, birds' singing, etc are the best sights to visit. By the way, as srong storm is approaching, it is not that good to visit Hangzhou these days.
2. Xixi National Wetland Park
Less than 5 km from the West Lake, Xixi National Wetland Park is situated west of Hangzhou City, noted for its abundant ecological resources, wonderful natural landscape and profound culture relics.

Do traditional Chiense paintings learn from these architectures or do these architectures get inspiration from Chinese paintings?
3. West Zhejiang Grand Canyon
West Zhejiang Grand Canyon is situated in the Qingliangfeng National Natural Reserve on the border of Zhejiang and Anhui Province. The ticket there is 110 yuan.

4. Qiandao Lake (Thousand-Isle Lake)
It is situated in Chun'an County, west of Hangzhou City, 129 km from Hangzhou in to the east and 140 km from Mt.Huang to the west, as the back garden of Yangtze River delta.

5. Wuzhen
It is an old watertown enjoying a history of more than 6,000 years. It is a classical Jiangnan town, when entering Wuzhen, walking on the streets paved by stone steps, looking at the folks living on the two sides is quite amiable and natural.
Wuzhen-- an ideal area for seeking inner peace

6. Xitang Village
Situated in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, Xitang is noted for its abundance in bridges, alleys and gallery tent.
There are definitely quite a lot other wonderful views in and around Hangzhou, these six ones are just the most charming sites of Hangzhou in my eyes. Which one do you like best? Is there still something you love about Hangzhou while didn't appear in this blog?
